Reporting abuse

All I'm saying is it needs to be implemented in a fair way that stops people just being able to spam it whenever, fair or not it can still get you suspended just by the number of reports.

Not true. You can be reported a million times and not get suspended. In fact, the other person can be suspended for filing false complaints. But you can be suspended off just 1 report if you do something to violate the code of conduct.

Well that's all I'm asking for that you have to put effort in to report someone to potentially have them suspended. At least that way reporting people will not be abused like its is. If you don't like someone or what they say block them and never deal with
them again. Xbox live should be a free platform to communicate with people from all over without fear of being banned because you said f**k. I Don't disagree with a report system just not in the way it is now. The system is flawed Microsoft have basically
given everyone a ban button and to save them from ridicule they've given responsibility to another team that are incompetent but Microsoft don't get ridiculed or questioned about a flawed system, people just accept it better yet defend it.

The only way to report someone is via the tools on your console.

I think if the majority of feedback for the Enforcememt team has been negative then I think that speaks for itself. Don't take what I said out of context when I said I liked that people had the freedom to say whatever through Xbox Live that doesn't imply
that I was someone to be saying stupid sh*t down the mic because I wasn't but I would tell someone to shut the f**k up if necessary, things like that you know just general communication with people because saying f**k is just another word to normal people. Harassment
era mentality hahaha never saw that playing Xbox 360 because it could never get to that via the BLOCK button but it was all just fun banter anyway most people understood that.

I feel sad that you defend Microsoft taking that freedom away witch they have the right to do on their own platform but it doesn't make it any less wrong. This is what they want, they are making you feel that you can be restricted in what you say just because
it's online once you are conditioned to believe that they will take it from you as a living individual.

How hard is it to follow rules that you agreed to follow when you signed up for the service.

As long as you follow the rules you dont have to worry about being suspended if you break a rule and are reported to break a rule and then the enforcement team investigates the report that is when they put the suspension put onto the account.

So simple thing is DO NOT break the rules and you do not have to worry about being suspended.

What reason would they have to lie? People have just shared their experiences with the Enforcement team and it has been mostly negative get it through your thick skull that the Enforcement team are very well known to be whack. Why can you not accept it?
Christ. No I don't ever use the report button because I accept and liked that people could say whatever they wanted back on the 360 without worrying about absolute pussies reporting people left right and center. You're just a corporate defender go away you
