Reporting a Xbox player for team killing, but gamertag not found

Don't know for sure, but the player (gamertag) may have blocked and muted you, therefore you are not able to see them to block and report them.

I would recommend checking your "Recent Players" from the social tab. They might have their Privacy and Online Safety settings configured so you cannot search their name or profile. But you might be able to recognize it in the list of Recent Players
and report from there. If not,
you might want to check the Call of Duty reporting functions, which is described here.

Thank you for replying back and apologies if my post sounded accusatory, I meant no offense towards you. I was merely reminding you of the Forum Guideline rules, specifically that you cannot name shame anyone for any reason. I went ahead and made that
statement in my post due to the fact that you had stated in your original post, "More than happy to post that Gamertag, but I realize the Mods tend to censor that type of input".



In regards to the question, there wouldn't be a way to know if they have blocked you or not. It is possible that they might've blocked you for one reason or another but we cannot check to see if they did. It is also possible that they blocked you to
prevent any action or reporting to be taken against them. However, as stated before, there is no way for us to know this. For any other information in regards to enforcement, please click on this link to view the

Please make sure you read the post before commenting. As an Microsoft Agent | Moderator you need to be 100% clear about commenting before making a mistake like accusing someone of posting a gamertag, which states was not done. We are more than aware of
the rules.

Second.

Xbox Live does not allow a player to view Gamertag of recent players until hours after the game has concluded. While it is an option it is one that will need to be done the day after the gamer has committed violations on the console platform.

The question was:

"Could a gamer who knowingly cheats, block another gamer who they've teamed killed all game and therefor prevent that gamer from reporting them?"
