    Reporting a user


    Where can I report a user on xbox.com? He was repeatedly sending hateful text and voice messages, he was never on my friends list. I blocked all communications and now I can't file a complaint against this douche bag (pardon my french).

    Someone please direct me in the right direction.

    Reporting a harmful user.

    Please use the "Report Message" feature and the enforcement team will handle it.

    The only place you can file a complaint against another member of LIVE is through your console

    If you've blocked the person already then I'm afraid there is nothing else you can do.

    Incorrect DC....... Send that person a friends request--- File the report then, cansol the request and block again. Or just move on. GOOD LUCK!!!

    Incorrect DC....... Send that person a friends request--- File the report then, cansol the request and block again. Or just move on. GOOD LUCK!!!

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to file a complaint on him via the console in order for them to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
