reporting a problem

i'm wondering why when i have a problem on my Xbox one console why i cant

For

1: insert a screenshot or video capture whether its for the console or game(capcom and ubisoft company) and send it to Microsoft?!

i'm looking at this program and it show the same screenshot has always i cannot pick of the 20 i have to send for problems...

2: after your done fixing report a problem take the video or screenshot and organize them and send them to the company

this resolves instant problems right away!!!!

i hate posting my problem in forums!!!

i posted my problem to ubisoft and capcom and got no answers ..going on a week now so why is this forum any different???

this would make a lot of jobs and great communication levels toward fixing game issues instantly and then gamer will want to buy a games more often or pre-order them

example: farcry4 has a bug in the story mode to complete 100% game i cant get the achievement because there a issue with programming of the game and thats the reason i will not preorder nor buy farcry 5 unless its on sale

do you see you try to save a buck and you love more then you gain

Reporting an Achievement Problem

Sorry, but support gave you some incorrect information. Moderators only police the forums and are not able to remove achievements. Achievements can only be removed if you're given a gamerscore reset which removed every acheivement, not just specific ones.
There is no way to remove specific achievements.

Good afternoon, I am posting this in regard to my son's Gamertag: MadKrampus

Here is what occurred. Earlier today, I was watching my son play a game of Black Ops 2 Search and Destroy. Everything started going crazy in the game. Not knowing exactly what to do, I told him, "Let's just log out." So he left the game. Once he left
the game, a group of achievements unlocked. We looked through them and none of them were achievements that my son had gotten in the match. At this point, I was guessing that something was wrong with the lobby. We bookmarked the game footage and we decided
to go into the XBOX Live web chat and speak to a representative.

The representative looked up the account and directed us to post here on the forums so that a moderator can look into what happenned. My son would like the invalid achievements removed from his account. He is very proud of the things he's earned in the
games that he plays, and he doesn't want achievements that he didn't legitimately earn.

It's unfortunate that cheaters and hackers mess up things for actual players that want to have fun. I hope they get what they deserve for making us have to deal with this. Any help that you can give us in this matter is greatly appreciated. It there
is a different division that I need to contact or call, please let me know. Thank you very much.

i know that what i told the guy when i called him and he told me to make a post and he would like it or respond.... see how well that worked out...

all they do know is take your money and run and the sad part about it is that we allow it...

 

For future reference, if you have a problem or issue with a game, you need to contact the game developer and not Xbox or Xbox Support or Microsoft.

If Capcom, Ubisoft, Activision, Rockstar and so on made the the game, that game will only ever be updated by that game developer.

Xbox/Microsoft didn't make GTA or COD or Battlefield and Xbox/Microsoft will never update a game that they didn't make. It's neither their responsibility or their property.

Xbox is a platform in which the game developer designs their game for.

You stated Farcry 4 has a bug, then you need to reach out to Ubisoft.

Often most game developers will shift their team to working on the next version of the game after some point and choose to not make any more updates for a soon to be previous version of a game.

 

First: i have reported a problem with these games through email and forums like these which is part of the problem and why its not efficient enoughf with gamers sending game problems to say company which is why i posted this for a solution.

second: i realize Xbox/Microsoft didn't make the product but your a billion dollar company which is get kickback and % off games you sell or problem you can fix and if not you can start making money by helping company like ubisoft,EA,capcom etc...

third: has a developer it should be your duty to make games you allow on your system bulletproof so hackers and problems dont disturb your server and MONEY!

Fourth: i did reach out to them but it hard to do when i have to covert a usb to xbox then put it on my pc then file covert it just to send throught a email..which is why

Microsoft should have it so we report problem threw video or screenshot then have each game labeled in your cloud server then it send to that company for them to look at.



yes its a lot but creates more jobs and its fixes the problem 60 % faster when they know about it. i mean maby it could of helped you guy being hacked couple years ago when Sony and you went offline(just example)kinda off topic

its not efficient to do it this way problem could of been noted and delt with within a day or so and even if they take longer at least they have picture or video evidence of this ...unless its your guys-es SERVER that lag and is making the lag,miss
hits,or connection which the company probably wont be happy and is probably why no1 cares

- again, you gotta reach out to the game developer. Microsoft has nothing to do with games like farcry, gta, COD and so on

- Those game developers are responsible for their own games. They make their games for Xbox, PC and Playstation

- Xbox has their marketplace, sony has theirs, PC games have their marketplace options as well

- Each one of those marketplaces gets some money for selling a game

- Is it realistic that Sony, Xbox, and Amazon or Steam are are responsible for the games that Rockstar or Activision put out there?!

- You can record a game clip on the Xbox if you want or use your cellphone and then you need to get it to the developer

- See how the developer wants information on bugs, I'm sure they have their own reporting system

- When you make the purchase, the hard news here is it's up to you when you make that choice

- When that purchase is make on ANY platform, they game developer gets their money and that marketplace just gets a small portion. The responsibility for quality is the game developer not the seller

- Time and time again, all your points come back to the developer

- You can blame, yell, kick and scream at Microsoft but you need to realize, Microsoft will never fix farcry, or any other game made my any other developer

its allready there u just need to edit it i mean come on sperate games to folders and boom thats it ofc with server space which is another business strategy to talk to the developers about....

this what we want to do provide coustomers with fast problem solution's to the games they love and play

we are editing the report a problem software so that game problems are going to be noticed and aware then we will be sending them to you through ________ we feel like it would expand and improve gaming quilty for both us and you

I read what you posted. Long story short, posting here will do nothing for you in regards to what you want done.

The forums here are users helping users, nothing more here.

It's not Microsofts responsibility to fix games. It the game developer wants help from Microsoft, I'm sure the developer will ask.

Being a billion dollar company that you keep referring to does not mean they have the responsibility for anyone elses product other than their own. As much as you're railing on Microsoft to fix game issues, why not blame Sony or Steam and tell them they
need to fix games that they have no responsibility for. Again, no one's issue but the game developer here.

When you buy a product, you're buying it as it. If it works great, will it have bugs, sure. Will it get fixed, maybe.

im not blaming you i have a suggestion to help fix games aka b;lame other companys

your software sould have option to report a bad game or bug for or in games so you can take a LOOK at it instead of emailing which by the way you cant email a video to them it wont let you

thats why i was SUGGESTING you guys do somthing hence the billion dollar video game

the rest was a break down because i know nothing is simple and everything need to be backed up paper trail or even worse with the no common sense

i dont BLAME Microsoft for bad gaming i do blame them for the crappy spell check im using right now and the LAZY software from the engineering department which all they have to do is read up^^
