Reporting a Problem from this screen is gone.

Finally somebody with the same problem as I have !!!

My gamerpic is also just gone from the home screen. Been gone for a month or so...

Or actually all home screen gamerpics do not load, but are loading/working fine in other places (just not in the left upper corner on the home screen).

Same problem here, had this problem for 3 days now, I've just reported the problem on the one, it's working gone on the 360 for me though

In this case, it is most likely that you need to report this issue to the Xbox Team. To do this, go to the Microsoft Store, and search for Xbox Insider Bundle. Install that, and then, you can follow these steps:

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller..

2. On the What do you want to do? screen, choose Report a problem. This will open the Report a Problem app.

3. Select Report new problem.

4. On the New problem report screen, give your problem a descriptive title.

5. Follow the steps to report the issue if it hasn't been reported before.

Firstly you are not allowed to name and shame on the forums.

Secondly just report block and move on. Once blocked the problem is gone and the PET team look at all reported messages.

For me it is. I've gone through two. And I've been seeing more and more reports of people with the same problem.
