So I used to be a xbox ambassador but after a unfair ban on my account my access was taken away, yet my friends and I were playing Friday the 13th doing private match and playing how we felt and some guy was invited who threatened our lives by way of messages
several of my friends that received the message reported it and the guy is still roaming around xbox live being offensive and not seeing any punishment of any kind, I've heard of people being moderators or admins on xbox live roaming around, if there is such
a person that can contact me would be greatly appreciated, I feel it's unfair I get banned instantly for messaging someone f*** but someone who runs around messaging people they will find where they live and slit their throats or streaming on microsofts mixer
website and yelling curse words at other players and bullying them and not having any enforcement whatsoever is bs

[MOD REMOVED] must be banned from playing Ghosts. He is perhaps the most disgusting human being I have ever encountered playing Call of Duty. I am the leader of the
[MOD REMOVED]. We are one of the most dominant clans on COD and are used to players talking trash, but this guy goes way beyond talking trash. A Lifetime Console Ban would certainly be appropriate.

As long as you have filed a complaint via the console, the enforcement team will investigate the issue from there. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

As long as you've filed a complaint on them, the enforcement team will investigate them. They receive thousands of complaints each day and have to investigate them, so suspensions are not always issued immediately. Unfortunately that's all you can do though.

best off reporting the player, blocking and ignoring them, It does not matter who sent the first message, If the other player reported your friend and it was deemed he broke the code of conduct then your friend would receive a ban.

Can't say I've ever had this happen to me, but as always you should simply mute and block them, if you find that they have broken the code of conduct, report them as well.

If you have reported this player, it may just take longer for them to receive their ban, if the enforcement team deems it necessary to ban them.

the best thing to always do with these types of players is simply to report them and then block them, That means they cannot message you again, If you reply with anything that can be considered to have broken the xbox live code of conduct then you would
receive a ban if the other player reports you.

Was this unprovoked? If this is the first time you have received a comms ban, it will not be permanent and will be lifted within a few weeks. When encountering toxic players, reporting is the best method to deal with them. Sorry to hear that you have had
a comms ban.
