reporting a PC player

I have run into PC players cheating while playing against console players. one player, in particular, the persons Gamertag is [mod removed]. 2 shots on me kills me with his mp5 in Call of Duty Modern Warfare. and thats after my squad mates were already
shooting him. then when im shooting him and getting hit markers I die. upon watching the killcam the player is flashing red showing that that person has taken damage. so I need to report this player because there is no way you can take on 5 players and kill
them all when they all are shooting you. no matter how good you are.

I would also try to block, mute and report the Player within the tools the Xbox provides you. After that go to the link Darkist1 provided and report the Player there too.

You should be able to file a compaint on them via the Xbox app. You would just need to view their profile from there and there is an option to file a complaint.

Question: How can I report a player in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare?

Answer: If you suspect that a player is cheating, or you feel a player is using language or a customization that you find offensive, you can report the player within the game.

To report a player from the Multiplayer menu:

Press Y (Xbox) or △ (PlayStation) to open the Social menu, or select the Social tab on PC.
Select Recent Players.
Highlight the player you wish to report and press A (Xbox) or X (PlayStation), or select the player on PC.
Select Report Player.
Choose one of the available options.

Please note: If you choose to report a player who is on your Friends list, be sure to remove that player from your Friends list.
