    Reporting a modder on the forum?

    Reporting him and leaving it at that is pretty much all we can do, unfortunately naming and shaming isn't allowed.

    If you haven't already, you would need to file a complaint via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

    All you need to do is mute, report, and block a player that gives you problems. The forum is not for "naming and shaming" other users from alleged actions.
