Reporting a Hacker?

I saw no clear way to do this. While Playing Destiny, and using XBox Live's Party Chat feature, a gamer [GT Removed] - Do not name and shame on the forums. seemingly hacked the feature. I was not the party leader at first, but after
a while, I created a new party chat which I was the leader. We did this because this gamer repeatedly kept joining and un-joining our party, without an invite somehow, and blasting loud pornographic background sound. He is not a friend of mine and I couldn't
ban him from the party (No feature to do such a thing). As far as reporting him through the gamer card feature, I did that at about 03:15 am EST. However, I also found it strange that wen I went to rate this player, somehow all of the options to "Avoid or
Prefer this player" were GRAYED OUT. I assume this means this player is hacking or being hacked... Can XBox please tell me how I can avoid having random players JOIN MY PARTY CHAT if they are blaring Porn? What if my little 6 year old nephew was using the
Xbox...?

reporting a problem

First: i have reported a problem with these games through email and forums like these which is part of the problem and why its not efficient enoughf with gamers sending game problems to say company which is why i posted this for a solution.

1: insert a screenshot or video capture whether its for the console or game(capcom and ubisoft company) and send it to Microsoft?!

i'm looking at this program and it show the same screenshot has always i cannot pick of the 20 i have to send for problems...

2: after your done fixing report a problem take the video or screenshot and organize them and send them to the company

second: i realize Xbox/Microsoft didn't make the product but your a billion dollar company which is get kickback and % off games you sell or problem you can fix and if not you can start making money by helping company like ubisoft,EA,capcom etc...

third: has a developer it should be your duty to make games you allow on your system bulletproof so hackers and problems dont disturb your server and MONEY!

Fourth: i did reach out to them but it hard to do when i have to covert a usb to xbox then put it on my pc then file covert it just to send throught a email..which is why

Microsoft should have it so we report problem threw video or screenshot then have each game labeled in your cloud server then it send to that company for them to look at.



yes its a lot but creates more jobs and its fixes the problem 60 % faster when they know about it. i mean maby it could of helped you guy being hacked couple years ago when Sony and you went offline(just example)kinda off topic

by the way you posted that 23 hours ago i responded now and that only because I've had this page up sense i posted this forum which was 3 days ago which makes my point

its not efficient to do it this way problem could of been noted and delt with within a day or so and even if they take longer at least they have picture or video evidence of this ...unless its your guys-es SERVER that lag and is making the lag,miss
hits,or connection which the company probably wont be happy and is probably why no1 cares

so get back to me when you have a solution to why a billion dollar company doesn't want to expand in jobs and fix problems faster considering

Did you set the party to Friends Only?

 

Yes I did set to Invite Only

 

And the Grayed out Rating Section still leads me to believe he was hacking.

 

Umm, I don't think that is how hacking works.

 

Altering a system to suit your desired function, like making it so someone can't give you a bad gamer rating by disabling the Rating function when others look at your profile. I am sure that exactly fits the term hacking. And by joining and disconnecting
repeatedly, you stress the ip traffic, just causing general chaos; Again, the term hacking fits. Now please just let Microsoft reply if they read this.

 

Also noting that the Destiny Rep site isn't pulling up his name (Which it may not since [Mod removed] was "Watching Netflix" while this was going on. I do know, however, that [Mod removed] was in the party and seemed to know who this [Mod removed] was as
they were talking in first names (Which I do not recall). *I did consider that [Mod removed was repeatedly inviting [Mod removed] but he claimed he was not*

 

No naming and shaming. From the console, report block and mute.

 

Now back to the OP: The "Block" function was GREYED OUT. But thanks for the worldly advice. Hackers do get named. That's how they get caught. Did you like the days that PSN and XBox were down during the winter holidays due to hackers? Naming will be
done.

 

It's against the rules of the forum here to "name & shame". So, no, they don't get called out, at least, not here. MS doesn't check this section of the forum. The only way to report a player is with the console.

 

As the others have said,you are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums.

Nothing was "hacked" during the holidays,it was a ddos attack which is completely different.
