Reporting 3 users directly. Need help.

The user [mod removed-personal information] often hacks
[mod removed-personal information] server and he just allows it despite the hacker breaking the server and attempting to steal personal information from the users who gets on the server.
[mod removed-personal information] is a bot user that [mod removed-personal information] uses as a backup user in case something goes wrong with his original profile. Everytime I report this hacker to
[mod removed-personal information], he not only harasses me, but he also spreads false rumors through his access to social media in an attempt to make me look and sound like a hacker and a lier. I feel like a console ban is nessessary here
as they just won't stop and will continue for as long as they have access to the xbox one service. I just want some peace and they always make it harder on me for no reason.

You need to use the in game reporting feature on your xbox. Posting here will not get the results you want.

Reporting with the xbox report feature goes directly to the enforcement team.

You can report each of these users using the
tools in your console. Also, please do not name and shame in the forums.

 

The ONLY way to report a player is via the reporting tools on your console. Reporting people here is not permitted as it breaks the Naming and shaming rules of the forums

 

I already reported them through the console itself, but I got no results. That's why I'm posting it here as instructed by the xbox support. Also, naming these players here is nessessary to get my point across.

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums so reporting them here doesn't really do anything. Reporting them via the console is the only way to have the enforcement team investigate them.

The forums are not scanned for reports of abuse by users, so I'm not sure why Xbox Live Support would direct you to do anything other than report them and block them.

 

I already did that and I'm not getting any results.

 

Then you have done all you can

 

If no one does anything about this, there are going to be some legal issues.

 

Here's another possibility ... they reviewed your report and the evidence and determined the players were not cheating. I know that would be frustrating, but it is possible. Again, all you can do is report/block/ignore.
