Reported while being harassed

Back in January my son was playing with someone on Roblox. He was messaged by a player about the match they were in. He was insulted a few times by the player, then the next day he continued messaging him. This was all done on my profile. Fast forward 7
months later, the day Ragnarok is being released for Ark I get an email saying I've been banned for a week. For this conversation, it's a week ban without an option for a case review. It's my first and only offense. I just want to know if anyone else has had
this problem and how they handled it. Support was no help, and agreed that the enforcement team needs some kind of contact information. Here are the images keep in mind my son is the red:

Random Creepy Messages

Same here. I had about 12 different ones today. I have blocked and reported them all. Yet I am still being harassed. Lol

Harassment

My son is getting harassed and reported by someone he knows and this person is just trying to get my son banned and in trouble with xbox live. What can we do to prevent my son being banned and this person just to leave my son alone while he is on xbox.

So the decision was upheld and the reason is i reported a persons messages to much. Just to be clear i didnt report one message over and over agin the players continuously messaged me and mocked me about being banned and the person is the buddy of the person
who got me banned. So i got banned for harassment because i was reporting the person who was harassing me while i was still communication banned.

In online vs games some banter is to be expected as long as it doesn't violates the service rules. If you don't want to be subject of harassment just report and block.

Takes some tough skin to play online while being respectful of rules!

Hi! Unfortunately, Enforcement do not have direct contact to customers outside of when you report someone or when you file a Case Review. If you are reported and receive a suspension, the best option is to submit a Case Review if you think it is in error.

Tips to try to eliminate being reported.

Do not harass other players while playing

Do not curse at or otherwise intimidate players via voice or messaging

If someone is harassing you, do not engage them in any way. Select the player and report them and block them so that you do not have to have contact with them again.

To change a gtag you have to pay a fee. If your son is being harassed online just report those who harass him and block them to avoid further abuse.
