Reported Hacker not being banned!

I reported a hacker on Xbox 360 a while ago and he is still hacking. Why hasn't he been permanently banned? He was using an obvious aim bot during Call of Duty Back Ops 2 on Xbox 360

Although I'm sure he has many accounts. He needs to get a console ban because he keeps coming back.

He has admitted to hacking via messages even though its obvious. I reported him although I doubt it will help. He bragged about getting passed every ban Microsoft has thrown at him and I believe him because he keeps coming back ! He said he was using firmware
dash 1.76 modding

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right forum section but if I am not then please copy paste this and or redirect me to the right area. Please, he is a problem Microsoft has failed to fix. What can we do?

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

Hey there,

The best thing you can do is report the user on the console, the enforcement teams review and act accordingly to each report, so there's nothing else you'll need to do in this case. Calling out other gamers on the forums is against the guidelines as well,
so I removed the Gamertag.

Microsoft does their best to ban hackers but it can take time for them to go through all the reports they receive on a daily basis and when it comes to hackers being at the top of a leaderboard it's the resposibilty of the publisher to remove them.

Which is ridiculous that as paying customers for years we have to sit and wait. I've been dealing with the same issue since the 12th with no luck and no fix to the problem. Every support team I've contacted leads to a dead end. I think they should be embarrassed with how mediocre their systems are. They're very close to losing me as a customer over this.

In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding to them. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the enforcement site right now not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to do a case review. All you can do is wait for that to be fixed to find out why you were suspended.

I did not go to the modded lobby knowingly I wish i did so i could have reported them, sigh....this is really stupid why do hackers to this? Now My ranks are messed up in MW3 and COD 4

I hope hackers get banned for life or make them not being able to
access multiplayer matches.
