I love getting a chat ban thanks to some dude who called me a [Mod Removed] after an extraction because he came in second place after I passed him. So I get reported and banned from chat in game.

Microsoft can tell if you are cheating or not. If I was you I wouldn't worry about the other players

Let me preface this by saying this isn't a bragging post, nor is it a post to berate people or anything of the sort, nor do I have anything to hide. It's an actual question/fear I am having because it has been coming up more often as of late.

I am an avid hardcore TDM gamer, and as such, it's universally expected I do "ok", or about as average as everyone else in the game. However, I end up having a substantial amount of more kills/points than anyone else in the game on a regular basis. When
I have my occasional "very good games", my opponents start cursing me out for "modding", "hacking", and/or "cheating" and tell me they're going to report me. My question/fear is if Microsoft/Xbox or whoever looks at these can tell that they're false reports
against me (If those people actually do file a complaint). I hear stories of people getting banned for playing the game too well, giving the appearance of modding, but doing nothing of the sort.

It makes me think I need to purposely play badly just so I don't tick anyone off. I've already had my Xbox freeze up because of a real modder (Not cool, btw). Can someone help alleviate my fear?

 

The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a Case Review.

24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not review-able, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag.

Remember that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps HERE, however sometimes you're asked to
complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing
the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
