Reported by a stolen account

I have been reported by a stolen account for messages with the stolen account and I have reported the account and I still got suspended. How is this ok for a stolen account to report me for messages and they haven't been banned for stealing an account?
How are the terms of service in code of conduct enforceable in that situation?

Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?

If doesn't matter what another account did or did not do if you break the code of conduct your are subject to a suspension.

You should log into the enforcement team website for information where you can also submit a case review if the suspension is eligible.

it is strange that if the account was stolen the first priority wasn't to remedy that situation but to continue to message with the stolen account? Sorry I am confused, either way the forums cannot assist this would be an issue for microsoft enforcement
and perhaps even the authorities.

I have and failed qestion part for not knowing you can't have a purple avatar.... and another question on my second attempt I do not remember because the avatar question I failed had me so mad. I rarely use the avatar feature so how the heck would I know
that. The account that was stolen is a friend of mine and we have spoken over the phone about this and he has reported that account as well. Seems to me that only concerns on their end is if someone says anything that will hurt someone's feelings and not for
enforcing theft or more important issues.
