Reported and banned

I get reported for something I didn't even do and got banned? Like where is the evidence? Pathetic.

Can I get someone banned?

I am just wondering if I report someone due to inappropriate language or comments will the gamer ban?. I message many of friends to report a certain gamer tag as well because I want him to be ban. It is normal to hear a lot or curse but this guy got into my nerves.

Xbox Live Perma Ban (Unban)

is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

You can log in to the enforcement team website for information. You can also submit a case review if the ban is eligible. enforcement.xbox.com/home enforcement.xbox.com/.../howto

No one in the forums will be able to help with this because the information is only available through the enforcement team and the only method to communicate with them is the case review.

so, ive been perm banned twice. im jus wondering if i get reported one time such as false report does tht lead to perm ban? or regular banned because last time i got reported once nd got perm banned.

Also you wont get banned simply because you are reported. All reports are investigated by the enforcement team before a ban/suspension is handed down.

If anything the person making the false report would be the one getting banned/suspended as abusing the report feature is against the rules.

the report team takes time to investigate reports, so the ban might be referred to a report made before your previous ban.

The enforcement team do not go on the forums, unfortunately we cannot help you here in relation to enforcement issues. If you believe you were wrongly banned, you would be best to contact the enforcement team. However, as mentioned they do review all reports
and there would be a reason they placed the ban.

If you reported the sender then they probably would of got a suspension also.
