    Reported a hacker, got banned back.


    Yesterday on 1/21/18, i was relaxing playing a game of GTA. A modder or hacker zoomed across the map, killing me, teleporting ect. I messaged him "I hope your happy" and reported him. He then was a ****, said some stuff, and threatened to attack me. I joked
    and said I'd track him down, find him ect, and he as well joked along. Anyway, as of right now, I am voiced communication banned until the 28h.

    Now what the hell, why I along my banned? I guess Xbox live or whoever is in charged thinks it's fine to ban people who report modders, and let the modders roam free. Very disappointed and would like justice to be served. I would like a logical explanation on
    why this happened. Thank you.

    Account ban removal question

    I was playing online and i shooting them and they called me a hacker then reported me yesterday and get reported for cheating got off then back on next day later im banned this dosent make sense

    is it possible to unban an account as mine was marketplace fraud for things a hacker did. I have the account for like 5 years now and all the account on it is gone. can you report the account enough for the ban to be overwritten and cancelled. If so can you please report Pro5ebsterHD on xbox it would really help me out with the ban thanks.

    Just and FYI - By the sounds of it, it appears your communication occurred on the Xbox network. The Xbox Enforcement Team can see/review that traffic but they can't see what's occurring in game in GTA.

    The in game modding is happening on Rockstars' servers which are independent of the Xbox Servers. So you'll want to use the in game reporting in GTA V to report modders to rockstar.

    Which is ridiculous that as paying customers for years we have to sit and wait. I've been dealing with the same issue since the 12th with no luck and no fix to the problem. Every support team I've contacted leads to a dead end. I think they should be embarrassed with how mediocre their systems are. They're very close to losing me as a customer over this.

    Banned for reporting a hacker.

    In situations like that, it's best to just report and block instead of responding to them. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the enforcement site right now not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to do a case review. All you can do is wait for that to be fixed to find out why you were suspended.
