I would like to report gamer [Mod Removed]. Yesterday while online I had this individual grief during in-game voice chat to the point that he not only used insults which wasn't really the problem at first until they started using threats
along with another player whose name I can't recall. I was wondering if you guys at Microsoft can ban this player at least until they learn their lesson to not go around using violent threats as a way to express themselves.

Yeah I was just wondering how can i report a player Online. This Player was being very Very Racist and just Messed up my fun time when i was playing Mw3. He was making fun of my kind. Saying very harsh things about my kind and was just a very neggative racist
person online and i Just wanted to report him. His gamertag is [Mod Removed] So if anyone is in a lobby with him, he is a racist person.

 

You need to report on your console, not here.

I only did it because tech support instructed me to report them here.

 

They always do, they are always wrong.

 

I know that no one from Xbox ever reads the general discussion section of these forums, but I would love to see their explanation for misleading people, and sending them here rather than giving them actual help.

 

It always seems to me they send people here when they don`t know the answer to a question.

It must be the easiest way to get people off the phone, and they know its very unlikely they will ever have to talk to that person on the phone again.

 

This is why you should always get a reference number when talking to support. That way they can be held accountable when they mess up.

 

There was a phone support agent who posted here once. If he was genuine, then it turns out that the info they have to follow does indeed instruct them to direct people to the forum.

It's not really the fault of the agents who are sending them here, it's the fault of Microsoft not making sure their support staff have the correct information. That's the problem with off-loading the support to third parties I suppose.

 

The more I think about it I believe he probably did give me the runaround. Most tech specialists aren't that reliable especially with troubleshooting in which I was once contacting them twice a week or more. But then I figured that since I was only reporting
someone that there was no way they could have a problem helping me out on this.

As I said,you are not allowed to call out gamertags on the forums so the (mod removed) means a mod has removed the gamertag you posted,it doesn't mean they have been banned.

Maybe you missed this part or you chose to ignore it. I'm already aware of that already.
