He hasn't added you, you've added him (as a follower only) and you can do this via any web enabled device, it doesn't need to be a console. Either you or someone else has clicked the 'Friend' button somewhere, somehow. You haven't been hacked or anything.

all that is fallacy, running disk management on windows and initialising the drive and formatting is all that is needed, been doing this for many years with no issues, using third party tools is a dodgy process as most of them are/or contain malware.

this day and age you DO NOT need to use a third-party tool to manage a drive at all.

I have been working in IT for many years, especially with hardware.

If you are being bullied while in a party chat, then block the user and report them using the console reporting feature. The system does not promote bullying. It never has. If you use the proper tools that Microsoft put in the console, then you should
have no problems playing in a party. Alternatively as {Parity} said, you could always start your own party and invite who you want.
