[mod removed] abusing his power he messages me after a match in which i had been pushed of a cliff 3 times by an team mate so i followed him and blocked him says im getting reported i said check the match back, he then bans me for 2 weeks
saying hes an amassador, im not payihng xbox live till this is sorted out

Hi there,

I like to mentioned that an Xbox Ambassador does not have Any more 'power' or options then any other user on Xbox Live.

Xbox Ambassadors, like myself, can only assist people with questions and or issues and try to help them solve the issue or answer the questions.

My advise is to Report the user for, for example unsporting behavior via the tools on the console, see this link for the steps on how to Report someone:

Ambassadors do not have the power to ban other users. Ambassadors are community volunteers. So if a user threatened to ban you and you happened to get a suspension around the same time, that would be coincidental and a result of the Enforcement Team acting
on reports they've received (possibly from the same user you encountered, possibly from other people).

Similarly, if someone threatens to ban you, the right step is always to file a report with Enforcement, as WPAK says, and then disengage from that person.

If you want to appeal your suspension, you may be able to do so at
enforcement.xbox.com, but that is at their discretion.

Lastly, please respect the forum rules, which would include not naming and shaming on here.

Hi PhoenixRises680, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

It's a good thing that you have tried reporting the player, and don't worry, it doesn't matter if a player is an Xbox Ambassador, the enforcement team will check and investigate all reports that are being sent fair and square.

Make sure to choose the correct reason for why you reported this player, if there is a message, it would be best to report the message itself.

BTW, you should know that boosting is not against the rules of LIVE. Game publishers and developers can and do have their own rules against it, but reporting boosters to the LIVE Eforcement Team will do nothing but drop your report accuracy rating.

Just a couple of things that as an Ambassador you should be aware of.
