Report Update issue: Need system Rollback

Yes many are, we cannot update at all now... I just got a new Xbox one and it cannot download the required startup update...lol

I will attempt to rollback once I get back home. Xbox said my controller NEEDS a firmware update so I thought it might be required like the monthly os updated. Will try the rollback first then swap USB cables if that fails just rule that out and report back what I find. Thanks much

the error code seems to indicate that your console needs to be repaired.

What you can do is rollback the system update and then try to reupdate the console software.

To rollback the update go to settings - system - storage - highlight your hard drive/memory unit green and enter the following combo on your controller. LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X,

You will be prompted to delete the current system update. once you select yes the console will then restart.

To force the sytem update you can do an xbox live connection test.

Factory Reset will not remove the BETA. You need to contact Hardware in XBOX Customer Support in order to receive instructions on how to rollback a system update. "1-800-4MY-XBOX"

Maybe try a System update rollback (X,LB,RB,X,LB,RB,X).

If not, then its something set on the TV not allowing HD sources (which i've never heard of or encountered with an HDTV).

If it was something like a faulty port, then the composite shouldn't have worked either since composite and component are based on the same tech, but that's not the case. It wouldn't be the Xbox 360 corrupted its ability to output HD in hardware, but in
software maybe so thats why i told you to rollback your system update.

It won't rollback to the old blade dashboard, but to the first update of the current look. When you sign into LIVE, you will need to redownload the current update.
