So I recently contacted the Xbox support team and told them I was tempo ban (temporarily) Its 2 weeks longs. So the concern for me is why do you get banned from messages instantly instead of game chat as well. I know there is a report button feature. But
if its in-game or in party does it work as proof. Maybe for in-game because I was playing

Tom Clancy's The Division one day and a guy maybe an adult was major **** talking. ( yes I will use profanity to prove a point)

He said to me that I was trash at this game and my mom should have swallowed. Luckily thanks to the Upload Studio app I recorded the in game conversation and it worked. I actually sent in the conversation to Xbox and guess what? It didn't work they did nothing.
They failed to comply with terms and conditions making Xbox a better place. (By banning swearing on Xbox Live, Microsoft are trying to protect kids - and failing)
Party chat. How does Xbox know your being truthful when it comes to this? Write a comment? It wont work. Friends of this specific player wont help you. You cant just go around telling people to report this guy you don't like or they will think your crazy.

Now the final section of the reporting system is the messing which is completely broken. I recently said to a guy trolling me to leave me the **** alone. Guess what guys 2 weeks **** ban. Its the messaging that gets us off the network. Oh but Xbox says stated
in the enforcement website How many reports to get someone banned? There response was not specific but many people have to report the person. Unfortunately there is a no workaround for this one. If this person sends you a message saying **** you and you report
them there is a 1.1% chance you will get a message from Xbox live saying thanks for making it safe. I proved some facts in this case with a representative named [Mod Removed] and his Supervisor [Mod Removed] of giving me the idea of standing up for the online
community. Here is the chat logs from start to end. If the enforcement team can do anything. I'm sure it would make a huge impact on Xbox one day

I play mostly Overwatch now and have been reported so many times over the past 2 months from asking people to switch heroes to help better the team and win. I have over 260 hours this season and all the reports of me have put me into the avoid me category.
I feel this is unfair to have toxic players who don't try in competitive to have all the power to remove me from a game I love playing.

I have also played battlefield 1 for a week now and my reputation on the website says good player but the console still shows avoid me.
