Report someone working in gamers chat help and support??

naming and shamming? I'm reporting. There should be a better way to report a player besides just the gamer profile... I work for xbox support and I know for a fact there's no other way to report players... reporting through the gamer profiles doesn't help...

You will rarely see Microsoft/Xbox employees or moderators on these types of threads. That's why they have community posters, that help the community. In this case, it would be great for you to report that to Microsoft, either by calling them, or Chat with them. For chat, you need to select the option: "Chat with an Xbox Gamer", and if they can't help you, they can direct you to Xbox Customer support chat.

Ambassador chat support. That's not someone from the company that's a random gamer. Your quick to respond to this bs but when there is an actual problem?

Phone and chat support do not handle enforcement issues so they wouldn't be able to do anything about it. As long as you've filed a complaint on him via the console, the enforcement team will look into it. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

out other gamers is not allowed on the forums'. She's not calling out a gamer. She's calling out a predator who is harassing her.

its not the update i was told by a chat tech that xbox know about this latency issue and working on to fix it a lot of gamers have been reporting it
