You don't need to find out if someone can actually 'hack' to report them. Just report them. If someone pays for 'mods' then they should be reported as well.

Someone trying to hack me

Someone sent me a message from NZ say I give you free mods and my 8 yr old brother said yes and I walk in and said no to him and grab the controller and told him off and somehow he got my email address and pass don't no how but his gamertag is [GT

almost year and I bought loads off things and try so hard just to get hacked until I stop it from saying f...k off but I took some picks to upload to show proof not happy

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console and block communications with them so the enforcement team can investigate them. Usually if someone is bragging that they're going to hack you, they're just blowing
smoke and won't do anything.

Well, without proof that it was hacked/stolen it wouldn't be locked.. for example, if someone reported my account as being stolen or hacked.. they would need proof to support their report. Did you provide proof?

Report the profile that threatened you to Microsoft and block them. Chances are he's just trying to scare you. I've heard that threat before as well and nothing ever happened to me. It's just someone who is angry. It's not illegal to threaten to hack someone
however, if said user DID hack you, that would be a different story.
