    Report Problem option missing/app not launching


    Hello in alpha skip ahead, noticed that "Report a Problem" option had completely disappeared from options with the Nexus button as well as unable to launch the app itself. Had to come here to even report the issue. Report Problem option missing/app not launching :)

    Hi Death,

    You can download the Xbox App (Beta) by going to the store on your PC and searching for "Xbox App Beta". Once you launch the beta app in the left NAV bar just click the smiley face and you will see the option "report a problem".

    Every time i join a party in xbox app it crashes/closes client.

    Sorry to hear you are having this issue. It would be a great help if you could reproduce this again using the Xbox app beta then re-launch the beta app after the crash and select the "Feedback-->Report a problem" option. This may help us better understand
    what is causing the crash. Thank you!

    How do I report perma ban problems. Several people are dealing with perma bans due to other people with scripts.

    To report problems through your Xbox console, download the free Xbox Report a Problem app.

    To do so:
    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Store.
    2. Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box and download it.
    To report a problem:
    Press and hold the Xbox button, and then select Report a problem to launch the Report a Problem app. After that follow the instructions to report it.
