Report - Hackers And Chat Abuse

I host a pvp map on minecraft where friends of friends are able to join and play the map and interact with others. The players are able to use an in game chat to communicate and were using the chat and game to use verbal harassment and to hack. The players
spawned in banned items using a external cheat and ruined the game for others. It would also be helpful to shutdown whatever hacked client they were using. The people involved that i need action taken against are:

Its rediculous that i get banned for just saying the word [mod removed] and have to apply for an unmute but people like this are allowed to hack, destroy games, and attack others with this kind of language.

I can understand your frustration with this situation as i have had a similar experience. Microsoft arent as strict when it comes to hackers as they are when it comes to communication over xbox live, unless of course it a competition or something like
that

I'm on windows 10 edition so how would i go about this? If i report them for cheating how would they get any info out of the situation besides an accusation?

I would also appreciate if you could remove them from our group chat on xbox chat messaging.
