I don't think you appreciate the gravity of the situation, davemcfly85. When you like a certain game a lot and take it seriously, like I do, and you're trying to rank up in it when all of sudden you get booted, you tend to get a little frustrated. What
do we do when that happens? Are we not supposed to tell Xbox that someone is tampering with the game and making it unenjoyable on an almost daily basis? I understand that we're supposed to report them via console, but when you're that frustrated a simple
little report doesn't seem like enough. Then we obviously come on here to try and get someone to do something about it. Reporting the problem on the console should just be step 1, I think. Action needs to be taken.

Ultimately it is up to the developers to patch their game to keep it from happening in the first place. Unfortunately when they release new games they tend to ignore the old ones. Continue to report anyone you come across and the enforcement team will
investigate them.

Yep this is the problem when I do get a call back the tend to hand up and when you ring the number it just tells you to go online to request a call back (max 3 a day). If you do managed to speak to someone the tend to hang up that's why I have been looking for an email or any other form of contact I ever tried twitter and got zero response.

This tends to happen when you exit the game without first returning to the main menu. If you do that then you should encounter no reset problems in the future.
