    Possible Copyright Infringement?

    Ultimately I believe an idea or concept is just that... A lot of ideas can be used in multiple games because it's simply an idea. Though funny how Microsoft copyrighted "Windows." Some food for thought is that art or for example, these swords, are just
    different perspectives of each sword: one developer may see the sword and have their own version while another does their own.

    Why are you going on about Copyright infringement? This isn't about copyright, it's about a Trademark infringement, they are not the same thing.

    Yes, the similarity of ideas effects the degree to which a similar Trademark can be considered infringing, but that isn't the same as copyright. It is not about copying someone, it's about using a similar representation of a similar product, which can cause
    confusion.

    Im not too sure if it works like that. Ive seens lots of wepons simiular to other games. Naughty bear trouble in paradice has wepons and armor thats very close to skyrim armor. Not sure if they can copywright or own images like that unless its unique. Im
