I can tell you! They should be on the front under the lights if it's an Arris device.

Hey there! Do you have Comcast by any chance? If yes, can you tell me the model number that you have for your device you got from them? If no, can you test the connection once more, then hit A for More Info and tell me what the error message is at the top
of the screen?

1) Tap the silver Xbox Guide button on the game controller, go right 2 clicks to Settings

2) Pick System Settings then Network Settings.

3) From Network Settings, choose your network which probably has a checkmark in the upper corner of its box.

4) Choose Configure Network and record the Basic settings there

5) Then go one click to the right to Additional settings, and record everything there which isn't Blank or Not Set.

6) Go to the bottom and choose Restore to Factory Defaults, and confirm,

7) Turn off the Xbox360 for at least eight (8) seconds.

8) Turn it back on and sign in.

It is an Arris device! The model number is TG862

So! There is nothing wrong with the password you enter in then. You can enter it in right all you want and the Xbox won't connect. There is a fault with the firmware of that device that has problems when it connects up the Xbox with a certain chipset for
the network adapter.

Here is the
known issue that Xbox knows about it, and
here is where Comcast says that they know about it as well. They both list ways to solve this issue, but the best case scenario is to take it to a Comcast Service Center and getting it swapped out for a Motorola or SMC device. Calling them won't work because
they say that they can't pick which one you get when they send it out.

My suggestion: Get a flat out modem and buy a separate router. You end up having a better connection in the long run. Arris modems are really good, and this Arris gateway is really good, too, except when it has Comcast firmware.
