    So recently a user known as [mod removed] got me set on suspension so it started like this i was playing a game with my friends as usual and this girl started bothering me so being a good sport i moved thinking she was trying to do something but i was in
    her way but she kept being annoying and then i finished a match but then they invited me to a party not once but many many times so i joined and texted saying could you please stop your getting annoying and left the party but they kept spam inviting me even
    tho i asked her to stop i and so i messaged saying could you please stop your getting annoying and i don’t like the way she acts but she was like cool who asked and i replied by saying (in my current state i have a head ache and had bad amount of sleep) your
    the one who keeps inviting you [mod removed] idiot and she acted the victim and reported me and im so mad cause i cant talk in partys and the situation was soo avoidable if theres anything you’d like to know my user is minte#3956 i cant msg at the moment cause
    i got suspended if theres

    anything a administartor can do let me know cause i really find this unfair and annoying

    go to that link and submit a case review. these typically take a day or 2 to be reviewed but may be longer due to the pandemic. make sure to block them so it doesn't happen again

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review, but profanity is a violation of the code of conduct no matter what the situation is. In
    situations like that it's best to just report and block the other person.

    Best you can do is avoid letting situations such as that one from happening again. I understand your frustration, but just try to keep your cool from now on in these situations.

    Spam reports do not work.

    In fact anyone spamming the report feature will get suspended for abuse of the reporting system.

    Unless you've done something to violate the ToU/CoC then you have nothing to worry about.

    In fact,anyone abusing the report feature by spamming false reports risks being suspended themselves.
