    ok so after a lot of contacts here and on the support without anyone doing anything about the problem created i decided to move to other options wich took me to contact other places and creat public complains agaist microsoft .

    after one month of that complains microsoft didnt move a finger and showed no respect by not awsering any of both public compains even knowing they have 5 days to do it.

    for that reason i was contacted by a lawyer telling me to try and reach a deal with you or microsoft to solve the problem , trouble is that after a lot of contacts microsoft still doesnt awser and the supports end always sending me to talk with you .

    so here im trying to contact you and reach the agreement with the rewards team in order for this bs to stop .

    microsoft support cost me a right i had to participate in your sweepstakes , they disrespected me like other places i contacted and they lied for months still im here talking with you again as asked trying to reach the agreement i hope this gets solved after
    this message so we dont have to keep this bs going

    I dont know if you guys have any problem reading but as i said on the post you closed i had a problem registering so yes i didnt register neither could if no one solved the problem and i guess i was very clear too about the fact that i didnt contact you
    because the support team told me you was already taking care of it that i just had to wait , was i supose to ignore what they asked ? if there is a case and i asked the compensation from them was exactly because they made me not come here before it was over.
    about the legal process i guess i wasnt very clear too , yes i already have lawyers if i want to move on agist microsoft but i didnt move into the legal process because im trying to solve this with a mutual agreement wich you dont seem to be helping at all.
    here it is my comment again so you read it and understand it so this actually dont have to move other way and make both os us wast any more time on this .
