    Report a problem tool may not be submitting reports properly for me currently.


    I'd experienced an issue with the Guide not opening properly with my input. After writing out a report. I opted to submit the report. For some reason. The `Xbox Insider Hub` brought me right back into another "New Report" screen. So I submitted the same report again and added the issue which had just occurred as well.

    Upon attempting to submit the second report. I found that the `Report a problem` tool was more or less frozen with an endless loading circle. I then opened the power menu and once again opted to report the problem. However, this time I was reporting the `Xbox Insider hub` issue.

    After filling out the new report. I opted to submit once again. Low and behold, the same issue I mentioned previously popped again. Although this time I noticed that the report popped the screen for uploading the report. Directly after that screen. Another "New report" screen popped up.

    I appear to be stuck in an endless loop with the `Report a problem` tool. I hope the report went threw, but none the less. I'm submitting the issue here as well, just in case.

    That's definitely a strange bug. While this isn't quite a solution for the situation currently. I would suggest that you report the problem threw the

    report a problem tool    . As soon as you're able after your console has powered back on after the crash. Submit a report on the issue. This way at least the developers can take a look at the issue and hopefully implement a fix ASAP.

    What I need currently is a Report A Problem submission from any user experiencing this issue. Once you submit the report a problem, please share the title of the bug to this thread so that I can find it and properly investigate it.

    You can download the Report A Problem App through the Store on your Xbox. Start up Minecraft and trigger the issue on your console. Once the issue has been triggered, hold the Nexus button (Xbox button) and choose “Report A Problem” and fill out the report.

    ENFORCEMENT WE NEED ANSWERS

    basically what happens with a suspension is this

    1. a report is made to our enforcement team.

    2. it goes in line with all of the other reports that are made.

    3. someone on the enforcement team will investigate it and if there was a violation of the TOU/COC then that is when the suspension is put onto the account.

    this is why sometimes an account can be suspended on a day that you may not have even been playing online or chatting this is also why there are times that you may be on a suspension currently but if another report comes in and the enforcement team investigates
    it you may get another suspension while you are on a current suspension.
    Sooo, if I am team killed by a troll/tool, report him for team killing (which you apparently do nothing about), call him a tool and he reports me, then I get a comm ban... Hey, great system you got there...that was sarcasm....please do not ban me for using
    the word "tool"...
