    Report a Problem

    I have updated the Xbox app to my Windows computer. I need help with an error code that is not recognized in the error code list. I am trying to update my xbox one and it says it has a problem with the following error code: 0x8B0500B6 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004.

    Can anyone help?

    I bought a year of Xbox live gold but it wasn't working so I clicked it again and now it says I have bought two years... but still doesn't let me use it, plys help.

    Paul from Xbox Forums Team here to help with the issue, it looks like the game battlefront 2 is causing the console to freeze and crash. To better assist you in resolving the problem I am going to need some more information. What troubleshooting steps have
    you done to try and fix the issue? If I could suggest a step to take I highly recommend clearing your local saved games to see if that fixes the issue. Here are the steps to take in clearing local saved games. I hope this information helps. Please let us know

    1. Go to the settings on the Xbox One Console

    2. From Settings --> System

    3. System --> Storage

    4. Storage --> Clear Local Saved Games

    I am having the same problem. after I downloaded the latest update my Injustice game started to freeze. I could play other games but not injustice. I took it back and got a brand new game and it still froze. I took my hard drive out and the game works
