    TLDR: my Xbox ui is lagging to a point where I can barely use it. It won't let me open games or sent save data to drive

    I've been through 8 people just today trying to get help on this. My Xbox is lagging super hard but isn't dirty or overheating. I would try to scroll over to something on my home screen and it would freeze my screen. Then every button I pushed activates at once and sometimes it even opens things on accident, only making the lag worse.

    One of my save files on Cyberpunk 2077 was corrupted and at this point I'm not sure if it is the reason I was having an issue or it's CAUSED by the issue. I completely deleted cyberpunk to get rid of any frameware. I deleted all my saves just to get the lag to stop. And it didn't.

    About 80% of the time, any game or app I open would say it took too long to start. Usually a reset would fix that, right? No. I press and held the button to force shut down and waited. Still bad. I shut it down again yet this time I unplugged the cord and waited 30 seconds ish. Nope. Shut it down then unplugged for 3 minutes. Nothing.

    After explaining some of these issue issues, I was requested to factory reset my console. I have done that in the past for previous issues and since I've done it so many times, I was recommended to stop before I fry my Xbox. But he insisted I try it but this time, clear all games and apps. I was trying to make sure my save data was on my external hard drive before I unmounted it and I could barely get to the screen because of the lag. I had to leave everything alone and let the game/app icons load before I touch anything or it will freak out. So when I finally get to where I can move my files, it won't let me. It pops up a bar, what I can only assume is the menu for which place you'd like to transfer, but it has no words. Half the time it would just exit out by itself and the other half, it would exit by itself then say "For some reason, Storagemanagement took too long to start." No matter what size file or how many.

    I clicked on "report a problem after about 20 tries and it said "report a problem took too long to start." I was given a link to troubleshoot the error code I was receiving and it didn't help me either. I even took a vac hose to my vents to clean it a bit. I deleted some games. Nothing helped and I have to give my Xbox long pauses to open anything. I cannot uninstall and reinstall anything because I have a Sims save file in my internal that won't move to external as mentioned.

    To reiterate, I cannot factory reset my console. I cannot open anything, even report a problem or storage settings. And I have important files that won't move or copy to my external hard drive. I've reset it several ways. I've tried clearing space. Tried clearing potential causes(game corrupted files)etc

    Please help me. I've tried almost everything and will try calling when they open

    With the patch I've noticed a dramatic decrease in the most common glitches like game freezes, failing to execute VATS commands, etc.

    Some video apps are having problems since the last update. Many reports of crashes and failed playback errors are being reported from Zune/Xbox Video and Youtube but, give it time as the support staff is working on fixes. Thank You for the report and

    XBox 1 X wont power, It's in warranty, Device Returns site just says contact support. Tried support Call back but not working, No way to get Xbox fixed :(

    The problem still occurs. Every day. Every online channel of reporting this problem has failed.
