report a player

I was playing world of tanks, and a player made me lose my mind, because he was anoying me in the game and i sent him a bad word, and xbox live sent me a notification about that and now i cant send messages, this is the first time that i do this and i consider
this unfair, the notification from xbox live said that other players did the same to me (they report me) and i have never done anything to them, so xbox live is telling me that everybody can report me for nothin? i dont wanna be banned so i want justice and
i want this player out too. sorry for my bad english i speak spanish and i wanted to put this in english.

How do I report a player? And I dont mean on my xbox console. I have already done that. I however want to make sure this player gets at least a suspension. I have several messages from a player while playin GTA and was offended by them. I want at least a
suspension of their online privilege. And I know that no one is monitoring GTA anymore cause of all of the modders there.

 

When you sign up for Live, you agree to the code of conduct/terms of service. If you sent someone a word that violated the code of conduct, Microsoft can penalize you for it based on the terms you agreed to. If you come across someone you think is violated
the terms, you would need to file a complaint on them via the console.

 

I actually know this, and I know that it was my fault, but xbox live said that other players did the same to me, and this is the first time that I do this, so, xbox live is telling me that other players report me for nothing and I can be banned for that,
I am a good player, I can say I almost get in the top of every game , so , I think other players get mad and report me, this is what xbox live is telling me.

To echo Smwutches statement. The Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review. If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.
