I have updated all my info and have confirmed with Microsoft Support that all the information on there end is correct.

I have pending points from all the way back to July.

If you could help, that would be awesome!

I originally created a thread on the Xbox Live Rewards Forums about 4 months ago which appears to have been removed from this site, however a Google search found the post here:

I'm still having this issue and having received an email about Xbox Live rewards logged in to see that all my points that were pending have now just vanished - I can't even remember how many there were, but there were enough for a deposit which I didn't
get due to the system saying my account info was out of date - it wasn't as your reply in the link above confirms. Can I please have an update on this? I think waiting 4 months is patient enough and now all my points have gone too, not happy to say the least.

Are these forum replies or replies to Xbox Live messages? If they are Live messages, are you seeing this on your console or on your PC?

Here on Forums you have a limit of replies or posts, you need to wait a few hours to access that. We ambassadors, or moderators dont have limit

 

So if, as you admins have before, the real questions are ignored in favor of answering questions that ARE NOT asked, you put someone in the position of asking again AND burn through the reply number, it can get to a point that replies have to WAIT before
going through...

There's no conspiracy here to get you to reply excessively. There's also no "reply number", that information was inaccurate.

Now, to the issue at hand: are you actually having a problem with the Answers platform? I see a lot of posts from you about how you can't submit posts which does not add up. You have so many threads open I'm not even sure what's what at the moment.

 

Try reading it again, the problem ISNT making posts, its posting replies.

I also tested the reply counter idea.... you should try fact checking with MORE than just a few sources.

Wouldnt let my reply go through, so I waited 10 minutes and tried again.... IT WENT THROUGH.

Can you explain that without just plucking the answer out of thin air?

 

Just noticed my DISCUSSION about ignoring players has been locked AND I can't post a question asking why as a new thread. Why? (thats TWO questions, please answer BOTH or don't answer at all)

 

"Posting replies" = "making a post", they're the same to me, so it's not a case of me needing to read it again.

(For what it's worth, the phrase I would use for what you're meaning is "starting/creating a thread"; "posts", as far as I am concerned, could be either the first post in a thread or any of the replies.)

Any number of things could have gone wrong the first time that worked the second time. Knowing only that one worked and another didn't isn't nearly enough data from which to draw a conclusion. The fact that waiting made a difference doesn't mean that there's
a post limit... because there isn't one.

The fact remains that you seem to still be able to reply even if it sometimes fails. That happens. Unless you can provide more details around what actually happens when it fails, and what you do differently when it succeeds, we're not going to be able to
identify an issue, let alone solve it. In another of your several threads, you seemed content that using another browser on a PC worked better.

 

I didn't see this one when I replied earlier. I'm not sure which thread you're referring to but I locked several because they were discussing the same topics across several threads (i.e. it was an effort to consolidate discussions), and others were locked
because you were choosing to ignore valid answers and there's little point in keeping a Support thread open when that's the case.

Still happy to try to figure out why you're occasionally having issues posting to the forums if you want to provide some additional details, as mentioned in my last post.
