Replaying uninstalled game pass games for FREE??

I have searched everywhere, in countless ways, for MONTHS....for an answer to my specific question. To be clear: I have, have had and plan on continuing to have the full "Game Pass Ultimate/Gold" subscription, without any lapse for years. With that being
said- if I download a Game Pass game (and play it) AND THEN
uninstall it, could I reinstall
said game at a LATER date for FREE still? Yes, I'm fully aware all of my specific gameplay/data/"saves" remain available in the cloud for forever and that I could pickup where I left off playing (which is most
people's question). *Supposedly* once a game is removed from the Game Pass library it is no longer playable without buying it in some form. However (in my years of XBox), I have only had ONE game that was removed from the library (but still installed) that
told me to purchase it to continue to play it.....two weeks later-it let me play it (without EVER purchasing it) and its still playable 6+ months after the fact. I also already know that as long as said game was still available in the Game Pass library for
free that obviously it would still be free. I'm also fully aware that if my subscription became inactive all of the library games would not be accessible but purchased DLC would be.

Since I've never lost access to any game that I kept installed from the Game Pass library, I'm hesitant to uninstall for fear of being forced to buy whatever game. Guess I'm scared to press my luck. I'd really like to free up some storage space for more
new games but I know my experience seems unique compared to so many Q&A threads I've read. AKA people complaing about games no longer being playable after being removed from the library.

So has anyone had a continuous subscription, downloaded, played, and successfully reinstalled a Game Pass game that was no longer listed as free in the Playstore AND not be forced to purchase it??? For example: my husband
has had 6+ of the exact same games as me downloaded under his profile that all became permanently unavailable to him (w/out purchase) despite having mirror account details....while mine were unaffected.

I'm sure I sound like a gabby cheapskate but I could honestly buy another hard drive cheaper than to actually purchase my beloved games. My appolgies for the novel but I'm also
curious if anyone has been able to play a Game Pass game for forever that wasn't supposed to be available still??
