Hello, I recently bought a game on the Microsoft Store, but I chose not the version I wanted. Is it possible to exchange the game for a better version at my additional cost?

You would have to request a refund and then repurchase the correct version. There's no way to just exchange it.

I'm sorry but there's no way to change the version of the code or replace it for a different version.

I think he means box as in a game disc and by elecronic he means downloaded version

V 1.2 also is installed when downloaded. Like Trippul G above me said, it would help us alot if you could be more specific by what you mean you have electronic version and your friend has box version
