    Xbox won't read any of my discs.

    It could end up with him being console banned though and replacing a drive isn't as easy as just swapping a new one in.

    CD Drive will not read

    Normally company with replacement will sent a refurbished one, they are not really replacing it with a new one..

    whenever you send a console for repair, it is either repaired or replaced. When it is repaired you will receive your own console back. It is is replaced it can either be a refurbished one or a new one. If it is refurbished it is basically as new since any
    damaged or broken parts will be replaced.

    The Downloads are linked to your account so all you have to do is log in on your new console under the same account go to download history and re download whatever and it will be there =)

    You'll either get the same console back or a replacement xbox one s which wont be a new console either.
