Replacing my defect Xone Controller - Online Service wont accept my product ID

Are you entering the 14 digit code below the bar code or the 11 character code above the bar code? You should be entering the one below the bar code. If your controller is under warranty then you definitely want to stick with trying to complete this process.
However, if it is out of warranty and it's still not accepting your Product ID, I would just avoid the
http://myservice.xbox.com site and get a replacement controller from the Microsoft Store:

Yes. My console has been registered. However when I select to replace the accessory, it asks for the product ID from the inside cover of the battery compartment of the controller. When I type in the Product ID it gives me an error saying that there are no
records and that the only option is to purchase a new one. I'm not paying another 150$ for a potentially defective accessory. What are my options?

My Elite controller left thumb sick floats up and down. I've only had it for about 7 months with very limited use. Microsoft only has a 90 day warranty, for a faulty product which is BS for a $200 controller! Every other company I know of would replace
a defective product and stand by their products, but Microsoft doesn't. Don't buy an elite controller from Microsoft because they produce defective products and will not replace them.

I'm having an issue with my controller as well. My left analog stick is defective and I've registered my Xbox One console on Xbox Support. It's still under a warranty. However, I tried to request a replacement for my controller, it says that there is no
accessory available for replacement nor is anything, besides my console and Kinect, under warranty. The image that supposedly shows where the Product ID is is not there because the image url is broken. I have until the 28th of this month before my warranty
is out and I REALLY need to replace this controller.

I tried to contact Xbox Support online but all agents are busy for large quantities of time (probably Halo complaints). If an official can help me as soon as possible, I'd appreciate it.
