    Replacing downloaded games? Help


    my xbox came with a download of SKYRIM that I can only play when I have Xbox live. Im not the biggest user of live but I don't want to go without SKYRIM (my dirty addiction)

    so my question; if I buy the disc will i be able to continue all my progress on my current account on the downloaded version? Or will I have to start from scratch

    System Update help.

    trie putting it onto a usb then replacing the original update file with the new one

    Help - Power Supply

    Will also have a extra PSU for a slim soon(note im replacing this as it has a loud fan so be warned). Would also send that on to someone.

    Game progress is saved separately from game files. So it doesn't matter if you use the disc version or download version, you can still use your same game save.

    If the game was downloaded on your account originally, you should be able to play the game offline though.

    It was some promotional thing a couple years ago it came with. I went a while without live and couldn't access it at all, and when I'm playing and it disconnects from live the game gives me a warning that I have 10 minutes to reconnect before the game closes.
