Replacing a game that was purchased in error

We ordered the incorrect NHL '22 game (Next Gen). Can you replace it with NHL '22 Current Gen?

Hello,

You didn't purchase the game license, you purchased the game itself. If the disc is damaged in some way you're only able to obtain a replacement from the publisher which in this case would be Microsoft. If it's been more than 90 days since you've purchased
the game then you'd need to pay for a disc replacement.

Xbox / Microsoft does not sell any component parts for the controllers. Only the removable tops for the joysticks and d-pad cover and the paddles too

The forum does not allow advice for self-repair on Xbox hardware (opening devices will void the warranty), and as such Microsoft does not offer individual internal components for sale.

All we can suggest here is to
send your controller in for repair, or look into replacing it entirely.

Where did you purchase the card from? If you purchased it when it was already redeemed, you would have to handle that through the retailer, and they should replace the card for you.

There is not much that Microsoft will be able to do for you in this error, but
