I have just received my replacement Xbox Series X and this one has the exact same problem as my first one,(If Not Worse) ie:bad playback of clips recorded from my FS 2020 and TSW sims (see discussion with moderater Mateus Fontana on the first Xbox series X) https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...cordings/a4f144f3-9120-4c8e-866a-edc61a3112ea plus with this one there is has no sound on some clips and, I can`t trim the clips, i have put a clip on youtube again (taken from a 4k 60hz TV) https://youtu.be/_KUHbM2e0hk

Im now having the same issue,xbox series x gone faulty, was delivered to microsoft centre near london was replaced and was picked up by ups, 10 days and im still waiting for console.

Ups telling me to keep tracking it and i cant get through to xbox support.

It also states that if you have a Series X to take extra precaution because they are not responsible for any shipping damages and we all know how shipping companies treat packages.

I packaged the Xbox in the original box and inside of another shipping box for extra precaution.

Why would you not keep it all together?

Do they have that many Series X coming in for repair/replacement already that it can't be kept together?

Instructions for packing consoles for repair do state not to send anything back with the console as it's not guaranteed to be returned. That includes the shipping box.
