    my power cable for xbox one stopped working and I cant seem to be able to find where to buy an original Microsoft xbox one power cable. most I saw on amazon are other brands and do not look exactly the same. how can I get one?

    Hi. What model do you have?

    The original Xbox One with external power supply will need a replacement power brick.

    The Xbox One S and X models with internal power supplies are universal and will work anywhere,you just need a cable that fits the correct plug.

    REPLACEMENT XBOX ONE POWER CABLE

    The power cable that connects between the power supply block and the mains outlet on the wall is actually a

    standard AC cord     that many other devices use, like TVs, monitors, and desktop computers.

    You'll want either the C18 AC cord, or the more common C14 AC cord. They are cheap to replace. Just order one online somewhere or borrow one from an existing device in your home. Chances are you might even have an extra cable like that lying
    around.

    If you need a new power supply block, you will have to
    contact Microsoft for a replacement    . Microsoft sells neither the block or the cord separately like accessories on the store.

    A lot of what I have found online talks about replacing the power brick for the Xbox One S/X, but the Series X doesn't have a power brick, it's just a power cable. I would assume that I would just replace that then?
