    Replacement xbox one crashes to a reboot...every time I try to play a game.


    I'm trying to play the Lego movie game on my replacement xbox one. This replacement was sent to me due to a bad disc drive on my original xbox. When I start the game and get to just before the title screen the xbox crashes and reboots. I've tried a factory
    reset - even downloading the game since I assumed it was a bad disc and returned it to amazon. Same result every time.

    Anyone else getting this type of problem?

    Avatars apps problem

    hello, I have problem with avatar apps. Every time if I try to go on avatars on the games and apps page my console crashes and reboot. What is the problem? The same thing happens when I try launch FIFA 14 (digital version), after start screen Xbox crashes
    and reboot, but LEGO Movie Videogame and others apps working. Any ideas??

    You said you tried a reset, how about a hard reboot? With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5-8 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should see
    the green splash screen upon reboot. It may take a minute to boot all the way to the home screen. If you did not see the green Xbox splash screen, please redo it. Let us know if this helped.
