Replacement Xbox one controller

Discus and support Replacement Xbox one controller in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So I am nearly at the 3 month mark of waiting for my replacement controller.     Replacement Xbox one controller


    So I am nearly at the 3 month mark of waiting for my replacement controller. Anyone else been waiting this long? I have contacted them a million times and they have made many mistakes with my order. I have bought a brand new control now and I got Diablo
    3 ultimate edition day one which I have not played yet as i want my 2nd control so me and my girlfriend can play. Now they are playing the out of stock card which I have been waiting for 2 weeks. Feels like MS have **** all over my face.

    Controller warranty

    Hi

    I have purchased Xbox one s console and an additional controller separately. Both my additional controller and the controller which came with xbox are not functioning. I am looking for replacement warranty for both. I can replace one controller through my
    xbox warranty. but how should i go ahead with replacement of the controller which bought separately?

    Left bumper won't work on brand new controller.

    I wanted to add that this is the Day-One edition controller. If it got replaced, it'd probably get replaced with a standard Xbox One controller, which is irritating.

    In this support thread, it mentions a possible controller replacement. I could imagine how annoying it could be to replace a controller for just one button and if you think it's the Xbox that is causing this issue, perhaps you could borrow a friends controller
    and see if the A button works on that with your Xbox. If It does, it will be your controller and I'd advise a replacement.
