Replacement Xbox Microsoft sent back is buzzing.

I sent my console in for replacement for an unrelated problem. I just got the console back and now when I start up a game I get this annoying noise. I tried changed HDMI cords, going straight to the television instead of through the receiver and the same
issue no matter what. I was already without a console for almost a month and I'm afraid this is going to happen all over again. I did all of the necassary updates. Is there a solution that will not have me waiting yet another month without my console?

Xbox One S fan replacement

My Xbox One S fan is making a buzzing sound that are really annoying.

Are Microsoft offering a replacement fan for this console since this is a very known problem?

Power Supply Brick Making strange noise.

Moving it works but once it is powered off for the night and you power it back on the next door, the buzzing noise reappears. As the after market power brick sold in the stores or online makes an even louder noise, one is stuck with ordering a replacement
from Microsoft. If your unit is under warranty, Microsoft insists you send your power brick back before you can get a replacement which means you are without power to your Xbox 360 for about 2 weeks or more. I have asked them to send the replacement first
and the faulty one will be sent back upon receipt but was advised this cannot be done and nothing can be accommodated. How is that customer services oriented?! I have just ordered mine and am getting ready to send my faulty one back which also means no TV,
no gaming, no Xbox for 2 weeks.

 

Do a advanced replacement, I got my replacement Xbox one in 2 days, you the. Test it and if it works 100% to your liking then you send your old Xbox one back. You will need a credit card for a 450$ hold but they release the hold once they get your console
back. This is what I always do, I never send my console in for repair, takes to long and who knows if you will get an unsatisfactory console in return, this way you know what you are getting, if you don't like the replacement then send it back as a return
lable is supplied.
