Replacement Order Shipment

I mailed off my broken Xbox One controller last Saturday to get a replacement. Do I or when will I get a message that says the new one has been shipped out?

It's been 3 weeks and MS hasn't sent me my replacement controller

I had a similar problem and when I checked they had cancelled my order as "Not Received". I call up the support team and got someone right away. He was able to verify that the my shipment was received, then they shipped my replacement to the wrong address.

They eventually got me the replacement to my controller(just a stock run of the mil controller) but the whole process took about a month and half some change so it was a bit frustrating

myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx and click Check The Status Of My Order. Possible it might show there.

all it says is Order in Progress

 

support.xbox.com/.../warranty-faq. Here in the Us its a 14-21 day turn around for consoles. I assume its pretty close to if not the same for accessories.
