Replacement of Xbox One Controller not happening

Dear Support Team,

a while ago (1/14/2015) I requested a replacement of my Controller which shipped with my Xbox One due to a failure with one of the sticks.

The request was stored under reqeust number [Mod Removed]. I received a UPS shipping label which I printed and used to send in my Controller on 3/16/2015. I never got a replacement. When I go to the support pages to watch my service requests
it keeps telling me that I never requested a replacement.

Can you please help me out?

Would be nice to see a controller coming back to me.

P.S.: I kept the support mail and a picture of the UPS receipt if you need them.

Controller warranty

Hi

I have purchased Xbox one s console and an additional controller separately. Both my additional controller and the controller which came with xbox are not functioning. I am looking for replacement warranty for both. I can replace one controller through my
xbox warranty. but how should i go ahead with replacement of the controller which bought separately?

If you need to troubleshoot your controller because it's not responding or broken, see the

If you've tried troubleshooting your controller and can't fix the issue, you can request a warranty replacement unit at
Device Support or contact an Xbox Support agent for help.

Note If you request a replacement for an Xbox Design Lab controller under warranty, MS will provide an exact replacement of that controller.

Have you signed in to https://myservice.xbox.com/ where this an option to track your replacement order? If it's not there, then you would need to contact Xbox Support to chase up your order. If you're
in the US, then I recommend you call 1800-4MY-XBOX. As long as you tell them the order number, as well as some verification details, they should be able to look into it for you.

YAAS! This is exactly the same problem I'm having with the new controller on the original Xbox One console. I had the controller replaced by Microsoft and the same thing is happening with the replacement controller. After spending 50 minutes on the phone
with Microsoft support, they offered to replace it a second time. What a complete joke.

I'm on the phone again with them, trying to request a refund. I'm going to have to use either a wired controller or one of the older wireless controllers.

This may just be a faulty controller, have you tried replacing the battery pack and/or tried using a play and charge kit. From viewing the video, you have faulty joysticks and the only way to fix these is with a replacement. If you have recently bought this
controller, please return it to the place of purchase and ask for a replacement.

Sorry this has happened, this happened to one of my controllers after much use and their was no fix it for it.
