Replacement - How do I arrange a replacement, I can't contact anyone??

You would have to contact support directly in order for them to set up the repair then. If you're not seeing the options to request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us change
your category/topic. Typically billing options will always give those options.

Sorry to hear you are having issues, have you tried to request another repair by looking at your Devices on the MS website? There should be an option to request a repair / service
of the machine.

You could try getting in touch via the Xbox Support Contact Us page but there could be @ long wait as their are currently high volume of callers to the service.

Do you still have any open communications with the repair team, such as emails? You can try and reply to those to see if you can get a resospone. The other suggestion would be to contact Xbox Support and request help with Billing.

Thanks for getting back to me. The unsuccessful repair is still showing as active so I am unable to request another, it will only allow me to request repair on an accessory.

I would suggest contacting Microsoft support and arranging a replacement. Alternatively you could try and take it back to the place you purchased it for a replacement.
