    Replacement headset?


    Had a fault with my headset so arranged to send it off for replacement, it was picked up last Wednesday 23 by UPS it arrived at the service centre on Friday 25th, hadn't heard anything from them to say they had sent out a replacement so contacted them via
    chat to be told it would be sent out sometime this week and that it should be with me by next week at the latest they couldn't give me a date as to when it will be dispatched, I mean how long does it take to pack a head set and dispatch it FFS?

    Hi Fruitsnacks,

    you can contact support via a number of methods
    here
    - this lets you talk directly with them so hopefully one of them will be able to help you get sorted. The forum team can't book repairs for you and will only probably only be able to send you onto the online booking service - which I think always needs
    that serial number.

    Hey again,

    the serial number you might need would be the one on your console - it should be on a sticker underneath I think. You can also find it in the Console Info screen in Settings (along with the console ID which is sometimes needed for repairs so make a note
    of it as well!).

    If you have registered your console before it might be on the
    myservice site
    already - or you can add it there yourself. Once the console is listed it gives you options for sorting out accessories etc.

    I am sorry to hear about the controller issue, I can definitely understand how frustrating that can be. What you can always do is contact support again in the next few days to see if they have an updated time frame on the shipping. You can reach support at

    I expect I would get the same reply from support that I already got, the fact is it does not take three+ days to pack a headset and dispatch it, I should know because it didn't take me that long to pack and dispatch the one I sent back.

    Still nothing even after I contacted them again, only to be fobbed off with the usual we will get one sent as soon as possible and that was on Tuesday 6th May!
